Combining quaint luxury with peaceful wilderness and an intriguing musical history, this is not just a hotel for music lovers, it's a destination for those who want uncompromising serenity. Dining

The flavourful tastes of Jamaica are evident in the traditional dishes served at the Veranda restaurant and Bamboo Room. Indulge in a lamb curry or sample Jamaica's national dish, ackee & saltfish with fresh ingredients from the organic farm.

Brunch at Strawberry Hill is a Sunday tradition for locals who journey up from the city for the famous strawberry bliss bubbly and a selection of jerk foods, crispy cassava bread and of course, that unbeatable view.
